Villa Vizcaya Museum and Gardens provided a magical backdrop on a perfect South Florida evening for the Green Family’s Bar Mitzvah. With a full moon overhead and a beautiful breeze coming in from Biscayne Bay, guests arrived on Sunday February 12, 2017 to a grand red carpet entrance lined by waist high candle pillars. Guests were resplendent in their formal attire as they entered through the foyer of James Deering’s 1920’s era mansion for the cocktail hour complete with passed hors d’oeuvres, champagne, and custom created non-alcoholic drinks for the kids.
Fotoboyz provided entertainment during cocktail hour with airbrush tattoos with our Super Booth, photo booth. We set up on the large side patio overlooking the gardens and provided the kids with 100’s of tattoo designs in colors of their choice. Once a design and the colors were chosen, our professional tattoo artist spray painted the design on the guest’s cheek, arm, wrist, hand, ankle, or leg, and even some cell phone covers! The airbrush tattoo parlor is always a hit at parties, and the non-toxic ink is washable and fades from the skin in about a week or can be taken off with rubbing alcohol.
The Super Booth was always crowded during cocktail hour. Guests were posing with their friends using props provided by Fotoboyz and having a great time!! Everyone in the picture received an instant huge 6”x8”print out customized with the Bar Mitzvah logo to take home. Since David, was a huge tennis fan and player, the photo output was in theme. Fotoboyz also printed out an extra photo strip to paste in a scrapbook that guests signed and personalized just for Green Family. It was a great memory of an awesome night for them to take home at the end of the event!
During dinner, Fotoboyz moved the photo booth from the side patio to the large back patio for the after dinner party. The party really got started with a Fourth of July quality fireworks display launched professionally from a barge in Biscayne Bay. Even Giant LED Robots to dance with the guests. Overall, It was magnificent!! What a way to celebrate a young man’s coming of age.
This is when guests really let loose and had a GREAT time!!! The adults joined in the fun and created fantastic memories with friends and family in the Photo Booth. In addition to the print copies, anyone who entered an email address at Fotoboyz Social Media Share Station also received digital copies of their photos AND the fun videos they made!
The airbrush tattoo parlor also stayed busy after dinner while partygoers let loose on the dance floor with music provided by a great DJ. Dessert barely slowed the party down as it was passed around, or as guests created their own sundaes from a nitrogen ice cream stand and also chose their favorite candies from a display inside Vizcaya.
As the party guests became tired from a great day and an awesome evening celebration, kids changed into custom hoodies with the Bar Mitzvah logo given out as party favors. Everyone went home happy and tired!
