Mirror Photo Booth at Jadechella

Kim Cox, wanted to do something special for her daughter Jade in honor of her 16th birthday.
Well, times are difficult. We are still in the throws of Covid 19 and there is no such thing as a large gathering. The only acceptable venue was an AirBnB and they needed to make a super limited guest list.
Kim, decided to enlist the help of good friend and party planner extraordinaire Monica Lashon of Monica’s Party Planning. Monica, is a planner and decor specialist that has a team to change regular spaces and venues into dreamscapes of fun.
Monica’s took the Coachella Festival concept to make a laid-back ultra lounge. Coachella, is a world renowned music and art festival that attracts celebrities and music fans from around the world to the desert of Indio, CA for a 2 week extravaganza of colors and sound that evokes a feeling of cool. Think; wicker chairs, pastel colors, acoustic guitars laying about, dreamcatchers and even teepees draped with silks for the kids sleepover.
We were tasked with having a Photo Booth experience that would mesh with vibe. The Selfie Mirror Photo Booth was obvious choice since it is open and easy for the kids to jump in take a selfie and get right back to all the rest of the fun. We customized the look and feel of the photos to tie into the JadeChella logo with the iconic Ferris wheel that is a fixture at the real Coachella. The other fun thing was our social media sharing station that displayed all the photos on a 55″ mo
nitor and also allowed the guests to instantly share their moment via text or email. We also host an online gallery with Jade so she would be able to share the days event with all her friends and family that couldn’t be their live.
