PGA National Resort and Spa wedding staff did another fantastic job for Danny and Cassie’s wedding and reception. Starting in the foyer after the nuptials, guests were treated to delicious hors d’oeuvres, wine and champagne while the newlyweds posed for photographs on the immaculate PGA National Resort and Spa property.
Fotoboyz was ready for action when the doors of the main ballroom were opened for guests. We had an immediate line of excited guests to pose for a traditional three photo strip. The LED Inflatable Photo Booth looked GREAT in the room, and our fun props including signs, boas, hats, and sunglasses were a hit!!! The new couple incorporated their hashtag, #McBrideToBe, and wedding colors into the customized photo strip. It looked fantastic!!
Guests were called to their tables, which were decorated with lovely white rose centerpieces and frames with the table numbers that corresponded to photos of Danny and Cassie at age 1 for table 1, age 2 for table 2, etc. that added an extra special personal touch to the tables. The focus immediately turned to the bridal party as the DJ announced their entrance. Each pair of groomsman and bridesmaid made a personalized entrance with one groomsman even doing backflips across the dance floor!! Of course when the happy couple entered, the guests erupted in clapping and happiness.
A priest blessed the food and the elegant cucumber wrapped salad first course was served. During this time, several toasts were made as well as speeches to the new couple. Cassie’s very proud dad reminisced about her baby Mohawk when she was born, and how she has always known exactly what she wants, including when she first met Danny. He welcomed Danny to the family and encouraged them tackle life as a couple now.
The bridal party had a unique toast arranged for the newlyweds. They took over the band’s stage with acoustic guitars to sing The Eagles “Take It Easy.” This song choice was an homage to one of the couples’ favorite groups, as well as Danny’s influence on Cassie to slow down and enjoy life. Adding a touch of personalization, the bridal party changed the lyrics of the chorus to reflect attributes of Danny and Cassie. The bride and groom LOVED this tribute!!!!
After the delicious dinner service of Filet Mignon and spiced chicken served with delicious fresh veggies, the celebration continued with a the traditional Jewish Horah.
The dancing and good times continued throughout the night and even included impromptu karaoke songs on the main stage. Fotoboyz stayed busy the entire evening helping everyone celebrate this wonderful union between Danny and Cassie. Guests came back again and again to take photos and share them via Social Media, email or text with the Social Media Sharing Station. They also loved the Scrapbook and wrote wonderful notes to the new couple. Cassie even came over a few times to look at the Scrapbook and was so excited to receive it at the end of the evening!!!
