EY, decided to hold its 2018 America’s partners meeting in Atlanta, GA at the Mercedes Benz Stadium. With 1500+ attendees from The US, Canada, Mexico, South & Central America with some special partners attending from Israel Poland and Switzerland.
The Mercedes is an amazing facility opened in Aug of 2017 is one of the most modern sports complexes. It is also one of the most high-tech buildings with a retractable roof.
Mercedes-Benz stadium holds the record of the world’s largest halo board. A “Halo” board is a giant 58 foot tall -by-1,100-foot wide LED screen that wraps around the upper tier of the stadium like a Halo of light, sound and in case of the EY partners meeting …..giant photos and videos LIVE from their partners event!
The idea behind having the conference at MB stadium was to get the EY partners to bond as a TEAM on the field. After a guided tour of the stadium and all its unique attributes, The partners descended directly onto the actual field to experience the view from the 50 yard line. They participated in Passing, Kicking and Punting footballs. There were two actual soccer goals set up plus giant foosball, air hockey, Pass Attack, Pop-Shots Basketball, 2 golf simulators and many other activities
This is what we do at FotoBoyz, add fun and pizzaz to the event. In addition to all the games we also had a team of five brand ambassadors “roving” around the entire stadium with one of our newest photo activations the LED Roving Selfie Stations.
Our crew caught the partners in fun candid moments on the field, by the bar, near the dueling piano lounge and anywhere else they were enjoying the break from a week of long meetings.
Our team held up custom branded LED light Ring. Large groups of guests were able to pose for either a still photo, animated GIF or a super fun Boomerang Video. The attendees entered their email or phone number and the photos were instantly sent to their phone.
Guest’s were able to use our unique hashtag to post the photo to instagram or tweet it. Once done it the photo would appear in our GIANT slide show on the Halo board. Over 700 photos were take in a hours.
We didn’t stop shooting photos until the last bus left to take the partners back to their hotels.
