EZ Dental Care is a dental insurance provider for the Workman’s Comp Sector. This is by no one’s standards a sexy or fun business, but our client wanted to bring some excitement and visibility to their August 2016 Orlando Conference and Trade Show.
We came up with the idea of giving their booth a Hollywood Premiere Look.
We created a custom 10 foot tall X 20 foot long step & repeat style wall. Guest’s entered the booth by “walking the red carpet” that was lined with red velvet ropes to “glam” up the event.
We even created custom client specific props that the attendees held up in their photos, including an Academy Award!

A great addition was our social media sharing station that allows guests to instantly post their photos on Facebook, Instagram, Email and Twitter. Plus, we created a custom report for EZ Dental Care showing all shares, re-shares and even the captured emails as a CSV spreadsheet for follow ups.

Our Las Vegas style dealers created a fun competition for attendees to win the premium give-aways! People enjoyed our Black Jack & Pop-Shots Basketball games which added a lot of excitement to the booth.
Fotoboyz created an atmosphere of fun for EZ Dental Group’s trade show booth. There was something for everyone to enjoy from the professional VIP red carpet and velvet ropes leading to the branded photo shoot, to the Vegas style dealers and interactive games.
