Green Roads www.greenroadsworld.com Vice-President of Market Development, Elana Perdeck, contacted Fotoboyz to help bring visibility to their trade show booth at one the of the largest merchandise trade shows in the world, ASD Market Week (https://www.asdonline.com). This show combines NINE merchandise shows under one roof at the Las Vegas Convention Center!!!
We worked with Elana, to come up with some fun ways to attract attention to their extensive line of CBD products from their licensed pharmacists that include “compounds creams, salves, oils and edible products that are specially formulated with soothing botanicals, and natural plant-based ingredients including precise combinations of the cannabinoid. Our vision is to bring our customers natural products and understand that “There’s Always An Alternative!”
Our ever popular Boomerang Booth was definitely a hit during the three days (March 12-14, 2018) of the trade show! Guests took photos using our props, created super fun Boomerang videos, and used Snapchat style filters and virtual props to create super fun photos. Everyone who was in a photo took home not only a printed copy of the photo, but also received an email or text copy of their photo!!
With a custom backdrop and custom wrapped booth, the Green Roads product name was VERY visible in a unique way. Every photo image had a customized Green Roads border, as did every email photo which also had a link to the Green Roads website, as well as a special offer if the guest checked in on Facebook!!
On the last day of the trade show, we surprised Elana with our NEWEST addition to our photo booth line up–the Roving Photo Booth!!! It was a HUGE HIT!!!! Our attendant actually walked around the trade show floor with the photo booth held IN HAND. Our outgoing staff always do a great job interacting with guests, but this gave them the ability to go all over the trade show floor being friendly and outgoing to take photos using virtual props, animated GIFs, boomerang videos, and snapchat style filters. We were able to capture images and potential client info for Green Roads for attendees who may not have had time to walk the entire trade show floor, couldn’t find the Green Roads booth, or didn’t know what Green Roads was about and therefore hadn’t even planned to visit their booth.
The Roving Photo Booth, combined with Fotoboyz excellent Brand Ambassadors, is THE way to capture leads that may otherwise never find their way to your trade show booth or festival set up.
Green Roads also chose to have the optional data analytics package. This package captures ALL the emails and phone numbers entered, as well as providing valuable information such as how many photos/videos were taken, how many times images were viewed and shared, and the estimated social reach from the event. Green Roads can use all this info for a targeted advertising campaign, special offers, and future email blasts.
