Fotoboyz is proud of a recent customer’s photobooth rental for a tradeshow in Orlando, FL. Garden Of Life is a Palm Beach Gardens, FL based health and nutrition powerhouse. They came to Fotoboyz looking for a fun way to spice up their tradeshow booth. The trade show was in Orlando, FL at the Orange County Convention Center for Vitamin Shoppe’s National sales conference. With over 200 other exhibitors and 2500 attendees, Garden of Life needed a quick way to make an instant and permanent impression on the attending store managers who are the local decision makers and product purchasers.
Fotoboyz came up with the concept of a completely custom branded photo booth with our Slo-Motion video option. Guests had a great time posing with the custom designed Garden of Life branded props specially created in-house by Fotoboyz! Plus they got to dance, move, and spin to create their own Slo-Motion video set to music.
This was a super fun activity that ended up being the go-to spot when the attendees were in between seminar sessions and during the trade show floor hours. The booth, the backdrop wall, and the photo output were all custom branded. Garden of Life provided the art and Fotoboyz created custom wraps for all components including the social media sharing station.
The social media sharing station turned out to be one of Garden of Life’s favorite features since it allowed the managers and their staff to instantly Email, FaceBook, Instagram or Text their photos and videos. When these Garden Of Life branded emails were received they included a special email only promotion on a Multi Vitamin purchase! We were able to provide a post-event summary report on all shares, including re-shares, of the digital media and the actual email addresses so Garden Of Life can send out future newsletters. The event was so successful we’ve been asked to participate in two additional events, Expo West and Expo East each with 5X the attendance of this trade show! Fotoboyz is excited to be a part of the Expos with Garden Of Life to help promote their fantastic products and awesome staff!
The great part is we will inventory all the customized props, backdrop and social media wraps so those items can be reused at these and other corporate events thereby reducing the overall cost for Garden Of Life.
